We've gone from once a month meetings for the first 90 days to biweekly meetings to now weekly meetings on for the first 90 days just to keep continuing to touch. I'm doing something, I picked this term up from that group and you know who it is, they call it a gas call. What's a gas call? It's a give a shit call. So I call the, I call them and I say, well, actually I'll send them an email wanting to schedule a gas call with you, they'll know what it is and they love it, right? I actually had an attorney say to me a month ago, she said— he said, you know, I've been a member here 4 years, I've never gotten a gas call from— and here I am making the gas call. So something like that, it's the— it's, it's what you do, Josh. You delight, you constantly surprise and delight us, and that's, that's part of, part of keeping retention.
