A doctor network uses a Facebook group with 90 members as the central hub for client management. A designated client manager coordinates global announcements there, handles individual Messenger chats with each doctor, and routes support requests through a help-ticket system instead of email.
She's not really an account manager, but she's more of a client manager is what I call it. It's someone who helps all the communication for our docs. So, we have a Facebook group. We also have Messenger group chat for every doc independently. So, we put her into all that. We also have a help ticket system.
A Facebook group together with you, your client services person, and your business partner?
Right. So, it's my business partner, I, our client manager, and then all the docs and their assistants. The reason why I did the group was if there was anything that I had to let everyone know on a global scale, I had one area instead of email, because sometimes email's not checked. I had one reference point, one channel that I could do that. And that was a Facebook group. I had already grown one. I knew how to run it. We have now about 90 total in the group.
