Focus on impact, not activity. By that I mean, we don't— don't just do smokes and mirrors types of things. Sometimes, you know, you all— you know what, we're gonna post every day to your social profiles, and that's an activity that shows that you did something for the client. But if in the case of your client, they don't have any following yet on Facebook, or they're in a demand-based service where nobody really cares what they're posting on social media, you're focusing on an activity that's absolutely not going to generate a result. The way I like to think about this is if your brother or your sister were to reach out to you and they're starting a business and they said, "Hey, I really want you to build my marketing plan for me and help bring a solution to the table that's going to help us grow." Would you throw a bunch of activity nonsense just to kind of make them feel good or would you actually do the things that are going to make the phone ring, that are going to get the inquiries, that are going to get the cash register ringing? Obviously, that's what you do. And so, don't focus on activity, focus on impact. What's going to make it rain? What's gonna make the phone ring happen for the business?
