In this short clip, a leader explains that transparency within the leadership team ensures everyone is on the same page by openly sharing thoughts and challenges. This openness creates alignment, builds confidence and trust among high‑performing team members, and supports the rapid, non‑linear growth typical of fast‑moving businesses.

Transparency, well, it allows everyone in the leadership team who gets involved in our meetings to be on the same page, and you facilitate that so everyone knows what everyone else is thinking because we challenge each other to have, and you challenge us to have that transparency. And I think when you're growing a business, a business is never a straight line, especially high-performing businesses. I consider us a, a high-performing business and we have high performers in our business. So being able to be transparent with everyone allows everyone to have that confidence and that trust. And I think that's a big part of when you're really developing a business that's moving fast.
