My name is Eric Thomas. I'm with Rival Digital. We're a digital marketing agency serving the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical niche. My agency, prior to joining 7 Figure Agency, we had, we had already been around and established for about a year and a half, and we were at about $63,000 in MRR with roughly 35 clients or so. Today, a few years later, we're at, we're at 98 clients and we are at $336,000 in MRR. Prior to joining 7 Figure Agency, you know, we were doing a lot of the things that they teach here, like podcasting, doing a monthly webinar, doing all those things, but it just wasn't super consistent in regards to like client acquisition. So joining 7 Figure Agency and implementing some of the best practices that they taught us really helped me just to focus on, you know, what I should be doing as my next best step. And in following that, it really helps me just get a little bit more consistent with lead flow and client acquisition. I would say some of the biggest challenges we had back then was client retention at first. And after actually reading Josh's book, the client retention book that he had put out, and it really taught me about that perceived indifference. And so after doing that and implementing some of the, you know, some of the teachings through 7 Figure Agency, it significantly helped our client retention, which ultimately helped our ability to grow the business. So since joining 7 Figure Agency, you know, not just my agency has changed, but honestly, my life has changed in a good way. So of course, the agency is doing great. You know, we're staying pretty steadily, consistently growing. But I would just say, like, my overall personal life, family life and everything has been better too, because I've been able to, through the community and everything here, be able to know, like, what pieces to put in place which has helped remove me from the business as much so that I can be a little bit more freed up and ultimately be able to, you know, just enjoy my time, you know, outside of work with my family and friends. Some of the key strategies or changes that I have implemented since joining was the, the client stoplight system or the health score system. So having the green light, yellow light, red light system for clients, and that was a real game changer because It helped me keep a pulse on the overall client, like, health with our company to kind of help mitigate churn, you know, before it could be, you know, an issue. And then another thing that we have implemented is focusing a little bit more on JV, joint venture partnerships. So finding, you know, outside parties that are within the industry niche that we serve to partner up with and use that for lead generation and in client acquisition. Oh, my personal life has, you know, since making these changes, has been impacted pretty significantly in a positive way. You know, I felt like for years I was up at 4:00 AM and I was working until 6:00 PM and with no lunch break. And then, you know, right before bed I was checking email and working again. So, you know, since putting some of these things in place and kind of learning the best practices, I've been able to kind of remove myself from needing to work all those extra hours, and I can just be really more intentional with my time during the working day. In the next 6 to 12 months for us, the big focus is to continue building out our leadership team. We're going to be implementing some of the resources here, like working with Lynn, with, you know, with EOS and trying to build out our leadership team and just continue to put ourselves in a position to continue growing. The most valuable thing about 7 Figure Agency is it's the community. I'm sure that this is an answer that gets brought up multiple times here, but I think the community aspect of 7 Figure Agency is so invaluable. Even after we're working hard all day in there with sessions and everything, we're downstairs in the lobby talking until 11 o'clock, 12 o'clock, and just, you know, forming relationships too and friendships, which has been great. Some of the folks here within 7 Figure Agency, I talk to on the phone several days a week for hours on end just on best practices and what they're doing, what they're seeing. So I think the community portion of it has been great. You know, it's given us not just a support system, but honestly just some friends that I can, you know, I can just kind of lean on and talk to, you know, as we're all kind of navigating the agency journey together. If you're watching this and you're considering joining 7 Figure Agency, I would say to to stop considering and take action because the success that you were looking for in your agency is going to be on the other side of implementation. And that's what you're going to get here. You're going to get the nudge to implement. And so I would say definitely join. You have quite literally nothing to lose by joining and coming and seeing for yourself, you know, what it's all about. And I guarantee you, if you, if you show up and you implement and you get plugged in, you will find that your business and your life can improve a little bit in certain areas through the group.
