In this testimonial, Nick Williams, founder of Childcare Business Growth, recounts his three‑year journey with the 7 Figure Agency. Starting from roughly $40,000 in revenue, his agency now generates over $250,000 in monthly recurring revenue (MRR). He explains how growth challenges shift at each revenue milestone—initially focusing on sales to reach $1 M, then on systems, processes, and retention to move from $1 M to $2 M, and finally on building a senior leadership team to scale from $2 M to $3 M. Nick highlights the value of the 7 Figure Agency’s roadmap and blueprints, which provide templates, webinar infrastructure, and expert‑led training, as well as the reinforcing effect of live events and community interactions. These resources have enabled work‑life integration, freeing time for family while maintaining growth. Looking ahead, he aims to reach $3.5‑$4 M MRR within the next 6‑12 months by launching a new coaching program built on the agency’s core structure. He recommends prospective members attend roadmap sessions and live events to experience the community, and specifically suggests joining the SendFreaker Agency Program.

the roadmap, the blueprints, the success. It's given us back more time to be able to focus on the things that we love to do with family and friends. So my name is Nick Williams. I run a company called Childcare Business Growth, and we focus on helping early education providers. So I've been in 7 Figure Agency for around 2.5 years now, going on 3 years. Prior to joining 7 Figure Agency, we were around about doing, I'd say, $40,000 in revenue. We're now over $250,000 in monthly recurring revenue. The biggest change moving from $1 million revenue to $2 to $3 is all around— there are different challenges at different points. So moving from, you know, getting to $1 is all around just getting the sales in. Moving from $1 to $2 is around the systems and the processes, refining retention. And then obviously moving from $2 to $3 million is more around that senior leadership team, that management team, and focusing— getting everyone to focus on their zone of genius and then outsourcing the rest of those to the other team members. One of the big differences since joining the 7 Figure Agency for us has been the roadmap, the blueprint to follow. So for example, if it's something around maybe running webinars, we get that infrastructure, we get that templates, we get all the content that we need to be able to put that in place. One of the big differences as well in terms of coming to live events and things like this is that you get that remind of the things you should be doing. When you, when you're back home, you're in the day to day, you're too used to the day to day. Coming to an event or being a part of a community like this, you're reminded what you should be working on and where you should be spending your time and attention. I would say the growth and success for us personally has allowed us to free up more time to spend with family. I think the biggest thing I've realized is work-life integration. It's not like work-life balance. It's more about there's an integration between the two. Now we have those systems, we have those processes in place. It buys you back more time. We have the right team in place, the leadership team to allow us to scale more. So it's, it's given us back more time to be able to focus on the things that we love to do with family and friends. I think the most valuable part about being part of 7 Figure is, first of all, community. That those conversations that take place during the breaks, during the lunches, during the evenings where you get to build those relationships, but also the roadmap, the blueprints, the success. You know, Joshua Nelson and the team are great at bringing in experts to cover those topics. They don't claim to be experts at everything, so they bring in the relevant people that are the experts at those things, and then they give you the templates, the infrastructure that you can then roll out that particular thing into your business. I'd say our business in the next 6 to 12 months is going to go to 3.5 towards the 4 million mark. For us, we put in a brand new program that we're going to be rolling out. Now that we've got the core structure for our main agency, it's allowed us to go into scale our coaching program inside of that as well. If you're considering joining, one of the biggest things you should do is come along to one of the, you know, the roadmap sessions that will give you a really good flavor to what the community is about. I think you're never going to experience it unless you come along to one of these live events. Come along, take a look, and then meet other people, speak to them, find out exactly what it's about. About, I'd highly recommend you guys look to join the SendFreaker Agency Program.
