My name is Steven Reinstein. I run a company called Market Muscles. I actually just joined 7 Figure Agency around 2 months ago and we started at around $175K MRR, but we're kind of in a unique position here where we are at a plateau and we're excited about being with 7 Figure Agency so that way we can break through that. And in just the last 60 to 90 days that we've been part of 7 Figure Agency, we've actually come a long way. So I'm super excited about what that next step looks like. My biggest takeaway from 7 Figure Agency so far has been working working with my mentor. It's the steps that he's given me. Uh, it's super practical. He kind of tells me exactly what I should be doing. So for us, we just implemented a, uh, customer success team. We've also implemented coaching sessions for our clients, and we're establishing a much lower retention rate based on those relationships that we're building with our clients. So if you're thinking about joining the 7 Figure Agency, if you run an agency right now and you're like me where you're hitting that plateau and you need something, some sort of guidance, needing to know that next step that you should taking, this is a place that you need to be because you're around other business owners that have been in that same exact situation and they can give you that guidance as well with your mentor that's assigned to you. So actually, this is my first time coming to a live event. I've been to a lot of different trade shows as an actual vendor for the martial arts industry. It's just incredible again to sit in a room full of like-minded people, to get that kind of instant feedback with issues that I'm facing, being able to get that answers that I can then go home and implement immediately.
