One of the things I learned from Dan Martell, author of Buy Back Your Time, is that we don't just need to invest in order to create capacity within our agencies and within our business. We need to invest to free up our own personal time so that we have the creative mental space to continue to grow and scale. And really advocates for hiring an executive assistant. Hiring someone to free you up around the house so that you've got the additional bandwidth to have more passion to do the things you want to do. But but also to be more creative and more innovative within your business. What's interesting is before I invested in additional coaching and support from Dan Martell, and I was not running a multiple 7-figure agency.
