websites and SEO, helping your clients generate better results online, or you're more like a social media ads agency, maybe you're running Facebook ads and Google ads for your clients, um, the— there's a massive risk right now that your account could potentially get banned, it could get hacked, it could get shut down. I'm hearing it from our members across the country that are being impacted by this. So I just love to hear from you guys in comments. First of all, what kind of agency are you? Like, do you run websites, SEO, pay-per-click, or do you get involved in social media ad management? Are you just Facebook ads? Let me know in comments on that just so I can kind of get a sense of, you know, what you're up to, kind of what type of agency you run. And then the other thing I want to hear from you guys in comments on, is this a concern for you? Like, give me a yes if either you've had your account hacked or kind of impacted at some point in the future, or You're worried about it. I know I'm worried about it. Even if you don't run Facebook ads, and let's just say you run a digital marketing agency, Facebook is a critical outlet for you, right? It's a great place to connect with people, to do prospecting. Ideally, it's a great place to get into groups and engage with your ideal prospects in those targeted groups. It's also really powerful to have your own Facebook group, right? Your own Facebook group where you bring in your prospects, and it's a great place to build community and share interaction. And so if your Facebook ads account gets flagged for some reason, which it could, by no intention of your own, it could absolutely kick you out of Facebook, eliminating your access to a massive pool of prospects. On the, on the other side of that equation though, let's say your business, one of the core things you do is Facebook ads, right? Facebook ads are the most important part, right? Somebody just posted that in comments. Thankfully, they haven't been shut down or hacked. Let's say you run Facebook ads for your clients and your Ads Manager account gets tagged or gets flagged. That, that's terrible, right? That's bad news. And what could happen is you can lose your ability to run the ads for your clients, which would be terrible, right? If that's part of what your deliverable is, they're looking to you as the expert and all of a sudden you can't deliver on what you said. Or we've seen where the ads account gets hacked and something crazy happens with the budget and things kind of go haywire. So this is a very, very important thing. From just in the last couple of months, I've heard from a handful of our members saying their Facebook Ads account got hacked, and so they were locked out of Facebook. Literally all of their friends list, all of their clients list, they can't get back in. And they've, you know, Facebook is notorious for not having a lot of support where you can say, hey, I need some help, you know, how do I get this back in? Sometimes they have you jump through hoops, give them your credit card, give them your ID, and when that happens, it's great. Other times you do everything they ask in support and they aren't able to support you. So this is a big issue, right? And I'm hearing again and again and again, oh my goodness, my account got hacked, I've lost access, and/or I can't run the ads for my clients. And this is a massive concern. And so I was thinking, you know, like, what would be the best thing I could do to help you on this front, to help you figure out how do I lock down my account like Fort Knox, how do I make sure I'm playing by all of Facebook's rules so that at least I know I've checked my boxes and I've crossed my T's, I know that I'm in Facebook's good graces, I've hedged my bets against being kicked out of the account or being banned or being suspended, right? Give me a yes if you'd like to have a formula strategy to prevent that from happening, to protect yourself at the highest level, because it can have huge ramifications on your ability to continue to operate your agency. Give me a yes or something like that if that's something you're interested in. And so as I was thinking about how can I give that for you, a couple of our members have come up with great strategies that really like in-depth, like how to set up the account, how to back yourself up. A couple yeses coming in. But I was like, who do I know that is really well connected in Facebook, that runs lots of Facebook ads? And of course, I'm fortunate to be connected with Dennis Yu from BlitzMetrics, who in my mind is the top expert in Facebook ads, and among other things, has run some of the largest, highest spend campaigns at Facebook and has a lot of connections and a lot of insights on what you actually need to do as an agency from your personal profile to your business manager account to prevent this from happening. And so I'm gonna be doing a special session with Dennis Yu from BlitzMetrics on Friday at 2:30 PM Eastern time. He's gonna be unpacking exactly what you need to do to safeguard your account, to remain in Google's good graces, and to really prevent yourself from being flagged, and to prevent yourself from potentially getting shut down.
