How do we know if feedback is gold or if it's garbage? When do we listen?
I think it depends upon when we think about surveying the client base. Could be NPS score surveys, it could be post-meeting surveys like one-on-ones with the account managers, or it could be at events like we do these quarterly events and we get feedback. So recognize like you want to be getting feedback in all those different kinds of ways. And there's going to be some times where they say things, they're like, wow, that's maybe not what I want to hear, but it's very, very useful and we should do something on that. It's also going to be other times where it's like, you know, that's great feedback, but you don't have to every piece of feedback that you get. Like, we want to create a world-class experience. We want to level up for the clients that we serve. But just because one person feels that way doesn't mean it should impact the way you operate as a whole.
