Before joining 7 Figure Agency, my business was actually split between project work and MRR. And when we came in, we were doing about $20K in MRR and about $20-30K in project work. And I actually ended up cutting it overnight after learning Joshua Nelson's processes and systems, his training, and seeing all the people around me and how they were all excelling. I went back and cut it in half. And so that took us all the way back down to $20K in monthly recurring revenue when I joined 7 Figure Agency. The challenges and pains that we experienced before joining 7 Figure Agency were having things It was chaos. We didn't have our systems in place. We didn't have the right people, the right processes, even our, our marketing programs and the, the way that we execute them, our deliverables, all of that was just a big mess. And seeing how it's done here in 7 Figure Agency and the way that Josh teaches enabled us to put those processes in place to understand how to scale a marketing agency into the multiple 7 figures. So the result that I wanted to achieve prior to joining this group was one, I needed a network of people. Entrepreneurship can be a lonely business and being able to surround surround yourself with people that can support you, that you can lean on and ask questions to, even provide— get resources from. These are the types of things I was personally really looking for, and that's what really helped me scale to the position that we're at now. So a great story about joining 7 Figure Agency is I was invited down here as a guest and I came in here and I actually ended up meeting one of my very best friends, one of the very closest people that I absolutely love to death, Jonathan Bannister, on the exact same path as I am. We became accountability partners. My very first sessions here with, with Josh, he assigned everybody accountability partners, and me and Jonathan got hooked up. Now we have a call every single Friday where we catch up on things that we were supposed to do last week, and we hold each other accountable every single week on things that we need to do to continue to scale our business. These are things that create a different side of bringing personal joy into you, and it goes much further than business. So I would say meeting one of my best friends for life is definitely one of the coolest things that's happened here at Seven Figure Agency.
