In this interview, Esteban Baez of 7 Figure Agency talks with Aiden Silvers, founder and CEO of Green Marketing, a landscaping‑focused agency. Aiden explains that he joined 7FA because of Esteban’s personal connection, clear promise, and the sense of belonging he felt at the Miami intensive. He recounts growing his agency from about $18K in monthly recurring revenue (MRR) to $50K MRR within three months after entering the full 7FA program, then facing a crash that forced him to scale back sales and rebuild his team. Aiden emphasizes an underdog mindset, positioning his agency to serve smaller businesses with mid‑range pricing ($2.5K/month) rather than competing with high‑ticket agencies. He reflects on his 11‑year entrepreneurial journey that began at age 18 doing $25 logo designs, and shares his personal philosophy that work feels like passion, not a job. Outside of agency work he mentions coaching, operational consulting, a love for collectibles, and spending weekends with his girlfriend. Throughout, he stresses testing the program, the low risk of joining, and his ongoing ambition to achieve larger goals.

Hi everybody and welcome. My name is Esteban Baez here with 7 Figure Agency, and today I have with me Aiden Silvers, founder and CEO of Green Marketing.
We operate in the landscaping niche.
In the landscaping niche.
Yeah.
So Aiden, tell us what made you or helped you make the decision to join 7 Figure Agency?
Uh, you already know the answer to that question. It's you.
No, come on.
Uh, Esteban's a very good salesman. I appreciate it. But he's also a very good human, a very good friend, and he painted the picture very clear of what was involved in 7FA. Uh, and he gave me a guarantee that I couldn't refuse. And then I came to the intensive in Miami and I realized this is where I belong. This is my home, this is my family, these are my people. They know what I go through, right? Um, so yeah, that's, that's the main reason. Good.
And where were you before you came to 7 Figure Agency and where are you now?
I was about $18K monthly recurring revenue, uh, a lot of project work. Website builds and stuff. Um, eventually we, we, well, pretty quickly we got into the full program and within 3 months went to $50K MRR. Oh wow. And then everything was broken, everything got destroyed, right? Uh, realized that my team wasn't the greatest and had to pull back the sales a little bit to fix the system. Okay. So that's— yeah, that's a journey. Excellent.
What would you say to someone that's trying to make the decision to join 7 Figure Agency, but they're not quite certain this is the right place for them?
I would say, just like everything in marketing, You got to test it and try it. I mean, is your guarantee still here? Do you still offer the same guarantee? We do.
Then do it.
What do you have to lose, right?
That's right.
It's easy. Easy decision.
Okay, awesome. Quick thing. I know a lot of people might look at you and not know that you're a successful entrepreneur. How does it feel to achieve so much, even more than people that at times that might have, may not have? I don't know if you call it a disability or a superpower. I think it's a superpower. What do you think?
That's a deep question.
I know, I know. And I went deep.
Do you think it's a disadvantage? Yeah, but I like that. Okay. I like being the underdog.
All right.
Right. I like people underestimate me thinking that I can't do it. Right. Yeah, it's fuel for me. I enjoy it, but I also don't really consider myself successful. Yeah, I've accomplished some things, but nothing, nothing that is in my definition of success. I want to do way more, much bigger things. And I'm just, I'm just getting started with that. I'm only 29 years old. I have forever to build and I love what I do.
Yeah.
So It's— I'm just getting started. The beginning.
That's right.
Right.
Just getting started.
Just getting started.
Yeah.
And very patient.
Yeah.
I've been doing this for— since I was 18. So 11 years. Wow. Doing logos, $25 a piece.
Okay.
Crazy, right?
Yeah.
And now we're $2,500 a month container. And that's so cheap for people, right?
Yeah.
There's agencies that charge $5K minimum, right? But we're in the middle and we like to help smaller businesses too, right? Not just the big guys, right? Right.
The underdogs.
The underdogs. That's right. There you go. Okay. Something special about that. They'll remember it too.
Yeah, so one last question for you, Aiden. When you're not working in your agency, do you have any passion projects or any hobbies, anything you do you want to share with, with the people here today?
Mostly everything I do involves agencies. Yeah, I do some coaching, obviously. I do some operational stuff for agencies and then my agency. Um, obviously there's not much I can do. Yeah. What, what else am I going to do? You tell me. Think about it, right? Yeah. I'm not going to go out and party, right? I'm not going to go to the bar. I'm not going to go play basketball. Yeah. I'm not a TV guy.
Yeah.
Um, I like collectibles.
Collectibles. So you collect?
Here we go. I collect a little bit.
You're a collector?
Yeah, I love— yeah, I like, um, investing into collectibles, right? Things that I believe in that I will eventually give to my kids.
Hmm, that's powerful.
That's the way I see it. But nothing, nothing else. I love my girlfriend. I hang out with my girlfriend every weekend.
Yeah.
Movies. Um, that's it, brother. I love what I do.
Yeah.
It's not work.
Yeah.
It's my passion.
I love it. So you're doing what you love. When you do what you love, it doesn't feel like work.
It doesn't feel like work. Of course there's stress and, and and burn out or whatever. But, um, that's what everything, right? We wake up and we're burned out. I want to go back to sleep, right? But it's just part of life. Yeah. So you get to, uh, choose what you want to be stressed about, right? That's right.
That's right. Aiden, you're an inspiration here at 7 Figure Agency. I want to thank you for taking the time to, to do this recording.
It's my pleasure. Thank you, man. Thanks for having me.
