¡Hey! This is Joshua Nelson with the 7 Figure Agency and just got back from the Traffic Conversion Summit. Walked away with about 104 pages of notes and so I wanted to record, you know, this video with just some of my key insights and findings as it relates to Growing, scaling, and serving your clients in a digital marketing agency. Check it out. So lots of cool insights there. I'll just kind of high-level touch on my session. You know, I talked about the ultimate agency funnel. A lot of you guys have heard this, so I'm not gonna do the whole presentation. But really the gist of it is, we wanna get clients coming to us instead of chasing them down. You don't have to have a fancy funnel, you know, with like 19 steps and all kinds of different things. Really, you just need 3 steps: an opt-in funnel, an appointment funnel, and a hot lead follow-up. And you can build a 7-figure agency from that. The fact is, the money that you have in your business is not in your list, it's in your relationship with your list, right? And so you have to have a strategy to connect with the people in your database, and you have to be building your database on a consistent basis. And that's where I found webinars come into play. It's an amazing content lever because you can send emails to invite people to the webinar, you can create the content and show up live like we're doing right now and have people consume that content and get value, and then you can take the recording of it and syndicate it across the web as a video, as a podcast, as a blog post, as social posts, as chopped up videos that all lead people into the top of your funnel, and then one webinar per month can really drive your entire lead generation machine. And even if people don't attend your webinar, which most don't, and your top prospects don't, just by promoting the webinar and getting them to register and offering the shortcut where they can watch an autoplay video, say, "Hey, thanks for registering for the webinar, it's gonna be great, but if you're like most people, you know, you really want someone that can implement this for you, if that's you, let's schedule a time to chat now, right? And giving them the shortcut to schedule an appointment, you can really drive lots of appointments without actually even having to think that they're gonna sit on the webinar. And you can build a 7-figure agency in 1 year by landing 5 clients per month at $1,350 per month. I mean, I went for a good 45 minutes, but these are the key highlights from my session at the Traffic and Conversion Summit.
