What's up guys, this is Josh with the 7 Figure Agency and I'm here with Matt Plapp, owner of a really successful digital marketing agency working with restaurant owners. Matt, if you had one tip for digital marketing agencies looking to go to 7 figures, what would it be?
Yeah, okay, so I can't count working with you. So, uh, obviously niche down, get very, very specific and get everything else out of your way. I had, as you know, in the past I had 3 or 4 different things with the traditional agency, had the restaurants, unfortunately had some trainings I did on the side. The minute I got all of that off my plate and focused on one path, one road, everything was clear. So simplify to multiply, one niche, and take all of the other distractions off and just put your focus into one thing. Yeah, focus on one thing. I mean, imagine you're driving down the expressway doing 100 miles an hour and you're looking at the left lane and the right lane and you're kind of looking at the front lane. And that's what I think a lot of us do, is, you know, we think we can be everything to everybody and you eventually swerve and hit something.
