So just quickly talking about how things were before I joined 7 Figure Agency and had Josh and Jeff, uh, as part of my life, I'll even say. Um, uh, more I'd say I had a pretty successful agency even prior to, but the biggest difference is the, um, lead flow, right? I was constantly always hoping for referrals to send us leads and, uh, very inconsistent, up and down every month. Now there's much more consistency, there's much more focused effort on marketing for my own agency. And that's just 100% related to the work and the structure that the 7 Figure Agency gives us. You know what's amazing about Josh is that we had our onboarding call with him, you know, obviously, you know, like a year and a half, 2 years ago, and he does a lot of these for everybody, right? And we're in a mastermind probably a month ago with him and I'm talking about how I love to work and things like that, and he calls me out and says, hey Michael, I remember you talking about how you want to be a present father. That's still important to you, right? And probably not that as direct, but him doing that brings those important things back up in my life. That, and watching him and modeling him and what he does with his family is, uh, extremely impactful for me personally. This is what I always say about Jeff anytime anybody asks me about him. I hate him, but I love him, right? He's a coach that's going to push you, um, into your own comfort zone immediately, um, and make you talk about things, I think, in your business that you may or may not want to. Yeah, if you come on calls, you have to have something ready to talk about, and it's this double-edged sword that is like, you don't want to be called out, but you do because you know you have issues that you want to get fixed. And he's the type of coach that when I played sports, I thrived under that would challenge you. But deep in his heart and that, you know, that guy that, you know, loves us all, that's, that's, that's what I love about Jeff.
