There's 3 things we all want in our business. We want money to pay the bills, to live our desired lifestyle, to do things we want to do. But we also want freedom. Who cares if you make millions of dollars, multiple millions of dollars, if you're stuck working 40 hours per week and you don't have any freedom, you don't have any flexibility. And impact. I think this is the, probably the most important thing. As agency owners, we have the ability to significantly impact the lives of the clients that we serve. We're able to impact the lives of the teams that we employ cuz we create career opportunities. So we wanna make sure it's not just focused on the money. It's focused on the money, the freedom, and the impact that we can have in our agencies.
