As we get into the new year, one of the most important things you can do in your digital marketing agency is get clear. Clear on where you're at, like what's the MRR in the business today? And how many clients is that? Hopefully you've got a, a monthly recurring-based model where you're landing a certain amount of clients per month, the MRR continues to grow. So spend a little bit of time getting clear on where you are, but get massive clarity and call your shot. Where are you gonna be by the end of the year, right? And I think every agency should be able to add "$1 million every single year or at least get to 7 figures over the next 12 to 24 months." And that's where a lot of people start. When they plan the year, it's like, "Hey, I've got a goal. This is where I want to be." But the reality is if you're not clear on why you want to hit that goal and it's not something that you're excited about, you're never going to take the action necessary to bring it into reality. So, spend some time really getting clear on how your life will be different or better once that goal is achieved. If you can start there and you can get clear on where you want to go, why you want to get there, that's the starting point. From there, you can you can reverse engineer a plan and bring that into reality. I'm gonna be doing a live workshop with our 7 Figure Agency members where we're gonna do this work. More importantly, we're gonna build the plan. This plan is now proven. We've helped over 176 agencies get to 7 figures over the last 5 years, and this is the starting point.
