As you grow and scale the agency, I think it's important to recognize there's amazing talent across the globe. If you think about our agency, we started in Miami and we had a big office in Miami, and every single person that we hired was in South Florida. And that was great, but it also was a challenge cuz there's only so much talent in South Florida. Everybody wants to make or needs to make a certain amount to survive in South Florida. And so when COVID came, we were like, okay, now we're gonna have to go virtual. And it opened up the opportunity to say, well, hey, you know what, where would the best Talent for SEO, for Google Ads be? And we found some amazing people in the Philippines, in Latin America, in South Africa. And by doing that, we had a lot of benefits. First of all, we were able to reduce our cost, which is great. We were able to find some higher-level talent, actually even at a lower cost. And more importantly, probably the biggest benefit for us is the long-term retention of our team. Uh, we found in South Florida, they would get the job, they'd get trained up, they'd become capable, and then they would go get a job somewhere else. Where hiring international, we're able to get people like, this is what they want to do. This is their career aspiration, and we're able to pay them enough, more than what they can get in their local market, that 2 years, 3 years, 5 years down the track, they're still growing, they're still seeing where things are headed without massively negatively impacting our profitability.
