What's up guys, we are here in Miami getting set up for our 7 Figure Agency Roadmap live event. We're going to spend the next 4 days, basically the most of this week, unpacking how to grow and scale a digital marketing agency. And then we've got our member intensive and our masterminding happening. Really excited about what's happening today though, which is our Roadmap live experience. So the Roadmap live is kind of our preview day where we lay down the entire foundation of the 7 Figure Agency Roadmap on how to land clients, deliver world-class results, retain and scale. Team's getting set up and ready to kind of welcome everybody. So a couple years ago, I published this book, The 7-Figure Agency Roadmap, which has now been read by thousands of agencies across the country and helped a lot of agencies grow and scale. It was kind of the roadmap we followed to build our agency to 7 figures in less than 2 years, and it has grown to multiple 7 figures, made the Inc. 5000 list 4 years in a row. And, um, over the years, I've turned that into an event where we actually spend a full 2 days kind of unpacking that model on how do you land clients, what's the right business model, how do you deliver world-class results, how do you retain those clients at the highest level possible, and ultimately how do you scale, how do you put the systems and procedures in place so you don't have to do it all yourself. And so we're all set up in here to go deep on that over the next, over the next day, and then we're gonna have the entire 7 Figure Agency community join us in that bigger room tomorrow and the next day. So really excited about going deep on this with some new people to the 7-figure agency world and kind of lay the foundation of the 7-figure agency roadmap. It's gonna be awesome. We spent some time updating this workbook so it's like the latest information on how to grow and scale the digital marketing agency. It is approximately 130 pages, so you can imagine we've got a lot of ground to cover. Over the next couple of days. And it really like just leaves members with a really strong foundation, um, understanding what they need to do, what they need to implement, and like all of the moving parts to get consistent growth within their agency, deliver great results to the clients that they get, create a world-class onboarding experience so the clients stick around long term. And then beyond that, like really how to set the business up for scale with the right systems, procedures, and organizational planning so that you don't get stuck in a rut. You don't want to be at 7 figures doing it all yourself. Like the whole point is to create more freedom in the business in the way that you set it up. So we kind of go full circle with all of that over the next, uh, over the next 10 hours. So I'm super excited.
