I think when you're working with your clients, you want to set clear expectations. Like, here's where you are today, here's where we started, here's where you said you wanted to go. Like, here's the goal where you want to go over the next 12 to 24 months. As you meet with the client, yes, you want to show them rankings and you want to show them whatever work that you're doing, but the more you can connect back to here's where you're at, here's how you're progressing from when we started, the better. And so in our case, we've got a very simple KPI dashboard where we can say, here's how much you invested with us and with your ad spend, here's how many leads we tracked, and we do track that down to all of the different lead sources, and here's your cost per lead, and here's your projected return on investment. The more you can simplify that for them and more that they can easily see, okay, I spent, you know, whatever it is, $5,000 this month, but I generated $25,000 in revenue, the less worried they're going to be about, like, am I wasting my money here or is this going in the wrong direction?
