Hmm. I think most of us, if you're running the agency following what we suggest here at 7 Figure Agency, are selling a monthly retainer-based service, right? They're paying us $2,500, $5,000, whatever it is per month plus ad spend. For a long time, we didn't have an upsell strategy. It was like that was our fixed monthly fee and it was like whatever they wanted, we'll just try and lump it in. And that actually led to some churn because the clients want to grow. And if they're growing and, you know, like they want to go to the next level, you have to be able to bring additional strategies, additional ideas to the table. Otherwise they will jump ship and they actually do have more money typically to invest than we— any of us imagine or any of us think as they grow.
