Ambition. And I mean that sincerely. I actually, one of the best pieces of advice that I got from the investing side was to invest in the ambition of a founder. I think businesses rise to the ambition of the leadership. You know, if they're comfortable, it stops growing. If they're not, they're going to keep pushing and pushing and pushing. So ambition has to come with reality, has to come with strategy. It's not just ambition itself. But I think this company would be a lot smaller if I didn't want it to be bigger. Like, it is that simple. And so I push, I hire, I push our team. You know, if we have, you know, if last year we were tracking for $400 million, a lot of people would've been happy. And I was like, no, no, no, we gotta break $600. It's like that, that's part of it is you have to lean in that way.
So like you didn't set out to build a 7-figure agency or an 8-figure agency. It was like you want a billion-dollar agency. And that's when you see ambition. It's like massive, you know, impact, not just, you know, revenue targets.
Yeah. People used to ask me like, what's the goal to sell? I'm like, no, it's to dominate the marketing world.
