The best way to grow your agency is a framework we call our Agency Growth System, which is a couple of things we want to do daily, a couple things we do monthly, and a couple things we want to do quarterly. Daily, we should be making introductions to prospects in our industry. You want to do very manual one-to-one outreach, connecting with and creating relationships with the prospects in your industry. Those are the things you want to be doing daily. In addition to that, we want to be running Facebook ads and Google ads and retargeting specific to the market that we serve. Two things I recommend you do monthly: once a month, do a live training webinar. Actually doing content like That is super powerful. It's long form and it deposits value into your industry. The other thing you wanna do monthly is some type of podcast where you're interviewing somebody in your industry. If you could do one webinar, one podcast per month, and then fully syndicate that online, that's gonna start to develop your expert status, your authority positioning within the industry. You do those things daily, monthly, quarterly, you're gonna be in a state of momentum and definitely be able to get 15 or more strategy sessions per month, which will put you on a growth rate to go to 7 figures over the next 12 to 24 months.
