What was it about EOS that you saw value in EOS itself? I probably read the book Traction 10 years ago, read it twice. We've tried to self-implement for 5 years and always said that we run EOS even though we didn't. And eventually we just got to the point in our business where we said, it feels silly. This stuff feels so basic. We read the book, how hard can it be? But we just reached a point in our business where we said, let's give it a try. Enough really smart business owners swear by it. And we just said, let's just stop trying to cherry-pick. That was something we always did, was we would try to cherry-pick what worked for us, and it was very freeing to just completely surrender ourselves to the process and just follow it to a T. Trust in the process, and I'm really glad we have.
