In this short video, the speaker addresses entrepreneurs who are considering implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). He advises them to read the book Traction and start the process, but strongly recommends hiring a professional EOS facilitator rather than attempting a DIY approach. He acknowledges that hiring a facilitator involves a significant upfront cost, yet emphasizes that the first session delivers a dramatic improvement—described as a "night‑and‑day" difference—making the investment worthwhile. The speaker urges viewers to act promptly and make the leap to professional guidance to achieve better outcomes faster.

Chapters

What would you say to somebody who was maybe considering EOS? Just jump in, read the book Traction, start doing it yourself. But everybody that I've talked to that has made the switch from supplementation to having a facilitator say it's a night and day difference. But I always put it off because like it's a pretty big expense to take on. But after that very first session, this is way worth the investment to the outcome that we're getting. So like as sooner than it's probably comfortable, make that leap into having a facilitator. To guide you through it instead of trying to do it yourself.
