This is a big focus for us in the SFA community. | Seven Figure Agency

When it comes to maximizing your client retention, world-class onboarding is the first step, and it's an important critical step. But in addition to that, we've got to think about how we communicate with the client month over month. How do we keep them excited? Like, why are they going to be with us month 9, month 12, month 32? How do we, how do we manage that communication reporting process? And then we've also got to think about success management. You can't do this yourself, so eventually you've got to build an account management team, you've got to build an account management staff. And so we've got to dial in that process for hiring, onboarding, training, KPIs that we track so that we can manage our clients, manage relationships, and improve retention at scale.
