A seven-figure agency's main KPI is freeing the owner's time. An executive assistant should handle the inbox, booking meetings and following up with clients so the owner can focus on high-value work that actually grows the business.
The main KPI is to free the agency owner time. It will be so tedious for him to just look at his emails, see so much junk, and what do the executive assistant is just go read them all, classify them, book some meetings, book some calls, trying to follow up with a lot of clients, and that helps so much the agency owner to have more time in his schedule.
That's amazing. As an agency owner, your time is so so much valuable. There's so many things that the agency owner shouldn't be doing that he should be focusing on the higher tasks.
