Yeah, the beauty of hiring in Latin America is, you know, not only can you find great talent, but it's on a very similar time zone to North America. And sometimes it's, you know, you can find great people in South Africa or in the Philippines, but they're on a completely different time schedule. And, you know, while they might be willing to work the night shift, it's not super comfortable for them, and it can create kind of like quasi-crazy hours that aren't sustainable in the long term.
