I think it's really important that you know what the key metrics are within your organization, and there's going to be key metrics for the company, and then there's going to be key metrics on a per-department basis. The more you can get into the data and setting clear number metrics for each of your team members, the better they can understand if they're doing well, if they're winning, and if you guys are on track. I'm a big fan of EOS, the Entrepreneur Operating System, and so they're going to suggest setting up a scorecard that's reviewed every single week during a Level 10 meeting. And so for like account management, your scorecard data is going to be how many times do we meet with the client, what was our turn rate? What was our retention rate? What percentage of our clients have given us a case study or a testimonial? And those simple numbers, it will give you a good indication as to how you're performing in that particular area of the business.
