Account managers must continuously research and stay on the cutting edge. If an account manager fabricates answers or admits ignorance when a client asks a question, it immediately erodes the client’s confidence in the agency and can prompt the client to consider switching providers.

And so if your account managers on the front end haven't done the research, they're not willing to stay on the cutting edge, they're going to fall behind, right?
