Freelancers on Upwork and Fiverr juggle multiple clients, so their split focus means inconsistent work for you. A full-time internal team learns your processes, gets faster, and delivers better results over time.

I think the problem with hiring people from Upwork or Fiverr specifically is they're gonna be part-time, like they're only gonna be fractionally focused on you or your company, and you're gonna have very inconsistent availability, which leads to very inconsistent results that you generate for your clients versus when you develop an internal team. Like these people are full-time, they're dedicated to you, they've been trained in your processes. Every client basically can expect a very similar output, very specific result. And over time from client 1 to client 10 to client 100, they should develop even better experience which means they can do it quicker, they can do it more efficiently, and they can ideally innovate and generate even better results for Client 100 than they did for Client 2.
