A structured approach to planning: block travel, conferences, and family time on your calendar first, then build daily and monthly tasks around them. Two concrete examples: December in Colorado, a two-week RV trip in September. A full calendar ahead creates clarity and control.

We worked on the action plan, things we want to be doing daily, the things we want to do monthly, the things we want to do quarterly. We started to look at when those events are going to be happening. Started to calendarize that at some level. Obviously some more work to do. I can't tell you how empowering it is to look at your calendar and know in advance. For us, in December, we're going to Colorado, right? We've got that blocked and we blocked it early in the year. In September, we're going on an RV trip for a whole 2 weeks. Block the events you're going to speak at, block the conferences you're going to be at, block the family fun, the experiences you're going to have. Super, super powerful process.
