In this YouTube presentation, the speaker addresses digital marketing agency owners, emphasizing that sustainable growth hinges on consistently securing new client opportunities. He argues that agencies often stall because they fail to generate 10‑15 sales appointments each month. The solution presented is hiring a virtual assistant or appointment setter—an "additional pair of hands"—to handle tasks such as list development, cold outreach, content uploading, and appointment scheduling. By investing $1,500‑$2,000 per month in a trained VA, agency owners can free themselves to focus on strategy sessions and client delivery, enabling them to land 3‑6 new clients monthly and potentially reach seven‑figure revenue within 12‑24 months. The speaker also promotes an upcoming intensive, "Roadmap Live" on March 18‑19, inviting viewers to comment "VAs" if interested in deeper training on finding and onboarding quality virtual assistants.

What's up guys, hope you're doing awesome. Hey, one of the things I wanted to talk about today is if you're going to get growth and momentum within your digital marketing agency, you want to be landing new clients on a consistent basis, right? And we always shot for about 5 to 6 new clients every month and kind of doing— believe it or not, even if you land 3 to 5 new clients per month at $1,500 per month, you can grow to 7 figures within 12 to 24 months. Um, even with a little bit of churn. The key though is to get to that level of growth, you have to have one thing and that's consistency of new opportunities and appointments with prospects within your space, right? And I think as I look at agencies that are struggling, like they get to a certain level and they kind of stagnate, is that they don't consistently get 10 to 15 sales opportunities or strategy sessions, whatever you want to call it, appointments with prospects on a monthly basis. And one of the, one of the best things you can do to kind of change that in your business is to get an additional pair of hands, right? If you understand how to generate opportunities, whether it's through cold outreach, whether it's through content marketing, putting out good content, whether it's through inbound marketing, what you usually need is an additional pair of hands, right? You need someone that can do the list scraping or the list development for you. You need somebody that can push the send on the cold outreach. You need somebody that can consistently upload the stuff for you after you've shot your videos and things. You need an additional pair of hands, and when you've got that additional pair of hands, the activity happens, right? And it starts to, you know, drive the engine to keep the appointment full. And that way you've got less things to focus on. Your main focus is handling your strategy sessions, getting the new clients on board, and serving the clients that you get, making sure that you've got the team to get that stuff done. And so, you know, I just really want you to think about getting a virtual assistant, you know, between, you know, $1,500 and $2,000 per month, getting them trained and getting that extra pair of hands to create that level of momentum. So if you don't already have an additional pair of hands, you don't have a marketing assistant or an appointment setter type role within your company, that might be a game changer for you. So I'm going to be talking a little bit about obviously the key strategies to land new clients on a consistent basis within your digital marketing agency at the intensive coming up March 18th and 19th. And you know, if you're interested, what we'll do is we'll talk about like some strategies on how how to find good quality virtual assistants that you can train up, that you can get plugged in to help drive that part of the business for you. So if that sounds good, type VAs in the comments here, and I look forward to seeing you at the intensive, the Roadmap Live, March 18th and 19th. I'll talk to you soon.
