An agency owner can hit revenue targets all year and still feel empty. The problem: chasing only "big rocks" like conferences and speaking gigs while ignoring "pebbles" like health, family, and spirituality. Balance both types of goals or next year will feel hollow too.

Have you ever made it through the year, had a pretty good year, like feel like, man, that was a good year. We, we did good work. We accomplished some big things, but at the end of the year, you still feel burnt out. You feel frustrated. You feel like it didn't happen what you were expecting. Typically what happens with hard charging agency owners is we set big goals and we work hard. We take massive action. We accomplish things that most people can't, but we don't take the time to create the life that we want. And I really think it's important as you look at your year and as you're planning 2026, don't just focus on the number. Make sure, yes, we've got our big rocks. The big rocks are like, what are the revenue-generating things that are going to move the needle? Maybe the big conferences we're going to exhibit at, the big speaking opportunities that we're going to land, the webinars that we're going to be doing on a monthly basis. But you also want to make sure that you block out time for the pebbles. The most important thing is the life you want to live. What types of experiences do you want to have? If you don't consciously say, I've got revenue targets, but I've also got things I want to accomplish personally, maybe in your health, maybe in your wealth, maybe in your spirituality, maybe in your family life, it's not going to happen. So please, is don't just set growth targets, set personal targets so that you can end the year not only successful, but filled and feeling really passionate about who you are and what you're doing in your life. I'm gonna be doing a live workshop with our 7 Figure Agency members where we're gonna be walking through this entire process to build an amazing 2026. If you'd like to join us, comment 2026 and I'll get you all the details.
