I've had to adapt to many partners, so I've learned how to adjust to each partner. And I think it's really important that first five to 10 minutes that you are engaging in foreplay and connecting with each other, that you can really shut out the world. So because I'm good at that and I understand that separation, you have to put all your other thoughts aside because you have this period of time to completely get your breathing in sync, get each other in sync, and find out what he really likes or what she really likes. So what are some of the signs you think that like during 4.0 I always tell people like pay attention. Is she breathing? Is her breath quickening? What are some of the signs you think that you can tell when you are paying attention that you've learned and definitely breathe.

I mean definitely breathing is a given. You know, you can really tell by someone's breathing. I just think the level that they're relaxing with you, their grip of their hands on you will usually move in a different direction when they're reaching that in the zone place where they need to be sexually.

Yeah, no, it's all important. People don't pay to and people we're so concerned about our own. Like a lot of men and women like how am I doing? How do I look? And we're not focusing on me.

It's an act. It's like an extracurricular challenge. Like I like to meet my new guy who I've been texting with. Because people meet people find me that way. Alright, So I know a lot of good sex is like breakup sex, makeup sex, Vacation sex. How do we have great sex all the time? Because obviously, you know, routine just got home from the grocery store sex isn't really all that good.

No, that's really not so hot when you're unpacking the groceries into the fridge. So the reason why these events like makeup sex, breakup sex, the reason why these lead to great sex is because of the emotions that are associated with them.

But you can create these emotions when something monumental isn't happening.

For example, start a huge fight.

Start a huge friggin fight with her if you got those do. But also you don't actually want to like keep getting in fights. So you could mimic makeup sex by engaging in a little friendly competition, a heated game of stripped backgammon that can be easily resolved with a central massage.
