In this introductory YouTube video, creator Travis Thomas welcomes viewers to the 30 Days of Yes fitness program and introduces strength‑and‑conditioning coach Shaun Brown as the Yes Fit coach. The conversation explains the program’s core philosophy – “living your yes” – which blends mindfulness and purpose with daily physical activity. Shaun describes the program as inclusive, offering equipment‑free workouts suitable for anyone from couch‑bound beginners to advanced exercisers. Over a 30‑day period, participants receive a new, no‑equipment exercise each day, using everyday objects like walls or coffee tables, and can customize the routine to match personal goals.
Welcome to 30 Days of Yes.
I'm the creator of 30 Days of Yes, Travis Thomas, and I'm excited to have strength and conditioning coach Shaun Brown, who's going to be our Yes Fit coach for our program, 30 Days of Yes, Yes Fit. So living your yes is all about bringing mindfulness and purpose to the activities of your life. So the question is, Sean, who is this program actually for?
Well, we're directing it towards anybody, but beginners to advanced will find something in this workout, whether it's just getting off the couch to someone looking for a different kind of exercise or a different challenge to a push-up, or I can show you different ways to do things like that.
So the program isn't just for advanced, for beginners, it's something that everyone can customize based on their own sort of goals. Sure. So what can someone expect to receive every day of the program?
Well, we're going to go for 30 days, obviously, and it'll be 30 different exercises for each day. And part of the goal and part of the beauty of it is we won't need any equipment ever. I'll show you how to do things with your walls in your house or coffee tables. We do all kinds of exercises, but you don't need a single piece of equipment.
So the cool thing about this program is that it's not just about fitness or health. It's about 30 days of yes and bringing and living that yes and how fitness is an important part Of living your yes. And so in this program, Sean is going to provide just a wealth of exercises, a new exercise activity every day, as well as an occasional fit tip for you to think about and incorporate. And then since this is 30 Days of Yes, we'll also be incorporating the mindfulness and, and how that relates to you living your purpose and living your yes. Which really, again, this is about creating a discipline of fitness And how that should be a natural part of your life. So 30 Days of Yes, Yes Fit, we're excited about it. Shaun's gonna do a wonderful job. 30 days, 30 activities, unlimited transformation.
