In this short Memorial Day‑themed video, the speaker invites the community to reflect on summer intentions through a weekly "7 Days of Yes" assignment. He introduces the "Know Your Yes" prompt, encouraging listeners to identify a commitment, hobby, or project they will pursue this summer, akin to a summer resolution. He shares his own personal development goals for June, including delivering additional Optimal Living Academy talks, increasing yoga and meditation practice, completing coursework for Entheos, and revamping his website. The core reflective exercise described is a "meditation run" where he imagines being born anew today, free of past baggage and future worries, and asks listeners to consider what they would choose to do in that moment. He urges the audience to incorporate this insight into prayer or reflection, and to share any emerging ideas with the community.

7 Days of Yes. Happy Memorial Day, everyone. Sending out love and appreciation out on our national holiday here in the United States. Today, May 26th, June is next week. Crazy. It has come up quick, but June is here. We're moving right into the summer. Last week's assignment, last week's activity was all about summer lovin'. Now, what is a commitment, an idea, a new hobby, a project, something that you are committed to doing or getting done this summer? It's almost like a summer resolution. We have our New Year's resolutions and then we kind of get to the summer. How are we doing with those resolutions? And then thinking about, all right, this is a good time. Maybe you have more time on your weekends. Maybe your family is abandoning you for 2 months. Hypothetically speaking. That's what mine's doing. I'm going to have some time on my hands, so I have already started to think about things that I want to do this summer. I want to do at least 2 or 3 more Optimal Living Academy talks for Entheos Academy or Entheos.com, so look for more of those coming soon. I also just have my own personal development. I want to do some more yoga this summer and have just more listening reflection time and do some more meditation this summer. I'm going to try to carve out a little bit of a plan for those and get some more classes or coursework done for Entheos this summer. I've got a couple of projects that I'm working on as well as continuing to revamp the site and possibly the name. Know Your Yes. What do you think about that? Know Your Yes. K-N-O-W Your Yes. There's Hollister behind me. She's kind of video bombing me. Your assignment for last week was the Summer Lovin'. Your assignment for this week was— I went on a run the other day and I kind of did a meditation run. Which is basically I run slow and try not to think about anything, and so see what shows up. So I went on a meditation run, and this idea of if I was born new, if I was born right now today, and I had memories of the past— so it's not like I'm a foreign person in a foreign land and I don't know what I am— but if I were born today and with Without carrying any baggage with me from the past, and I'm not worried about the future. So I'm just thinking about what am I going to do with today, with this moment? What would I choose to do? Being born new today in this moment. So often, you know, I see things and I catch myself going, if I only had time, or if I didn't have to go to work, or if I didn't have this, I would help, or I would do this. I catch myself going, Well, if that's what you're really inspired to do, why aren't you doing it? And so I think we trick ourselves into getting so distracted with the have-tos in our life that we actually kind of ignore some of the things that really inspire us and fire us up. So if you were born new today and you didn't feel like you had the commitments and you're not carrying any baggage from the past of why you don't think you can do things, what would you do? How would you choose to spend your day today? That's an idea to take into your prayer, your listening, or your reflection this week and just see what shows up. If anything cool shows up, please send it my way and I'll share it with the community. That's it. That's your 7 Days of Yes idea, sort of assignment activity for the week. Have a wonderful, wonderful week, everyone. Take care. Take care.
