In this YouTube video, Travis Thomas introduces the second week of his "7 Days of Yes" series, reflecting on his New Year’s resolutions to practice daily meditation and yoga. He invites viewers to share what inspires them, mentioning newsletters and thought leaders such as Mastin Kipp’s Daily Love, Brian Johnson’s Entheos, Sandy Wilder, and Janessa Ganz’s Euphrates email. Thomas emphasizes that the series should be community‑driven, encouraging participants to post links and insights that fuel collective inspiration. He guides the audience through a reflective practice: reviewing the first week’s successes and stumbling blocks, asking what they learned, and grounding themselves in gratitude regardless of daily challenges. The overarching message is to use these daily reflection tools throughout the week, share authentic experiences, and keep saying "yes" to growth and connection.

7 Days of Yes. Hello everyone, this is the week of January 6th. How you doing? Happy New Year once again to you. 2014, we started some resolutions for the new year. I know mine have been to do a little bit of meditation and to do a little bit of yoga each morning, even if that's just a few downward dogs or a few sun salutations or things like that, to commit to doing that, creating the routine. So far so good. The week has started out well. What are you excited about? Go ahead and share here on the blog. Share in the comments. We'd love to know what's showing up for you. So this week, the focus, the intention for the week, the idea just came to me about— these are a few of my favorite things, which I kind of miss the holidays already, but as I'm looking at 2014, I'm inspired by so many things. I get a number of things in my inbox every day that inspire me and kind of help set my focus for the day. I get the Daily Love email by Mastin Kipp. I get the Entheos email by Brian Johnson. I get Sandy Wilder's insights. There's a ton out there. There's a ton out there that inspires us. The weekly Euphrates email from Janessa Ganz. I go on, there's so much. So what, what are a few of your favorite things? What inspires you? Please share them with The community. And I would really love to see the whole 7 Days of Yes, have this whole idea be really a community-driven idea where we're all kind of chiming in, we're sharing our inspiration, where we're sharing things that we can go off and find inspiration and just help one another out so that it's a living, breathing, organic type feel, which is what 7 Days of Yes— it's living that yes, it's seeing how it shows up each and every day. So share what inspires you, share the links, go ahead and post them. And we'll just spread the love. So kind of week 2 of 7 Days of Yes is, you know, week 1 you started that intention. How are you doing moving into week 2? So take a little bit of time of reflection to think back on how did week 1 go? What were some stumbling blocks? Ask yourself, what did I learn? All right, what did I learn from last week? Or what did I learn from yesterday? Or what did I learn today? Ask yourself that question of what am I learning? What am I noticing? Alright, and then to bring yourself back into your— the present moment of focus, the present nowness, think of what am I grateful for right now? You might have just come out of a horrible meeting, you might have had a horrible morning, you might have just had a blowup with a family member. Bring yourself back. What did I learn from that? What am I grateful for right now? Use that tool throughout the day, use that tool throughout the week, and share it with us, share with the community what you're seeing, what you're learning. And and how your authenticity is showing up. That's seven days of week, seven days a week, seven days of yes for the week. Have a wonderful, wonderful week, everyone.
