In this upbeat, conversational video, the host welcomes viewers to a new week of the "7 Days of Yes" series and checks in on community activities like the helmet‑sticker challenge, encouraging participants to share photos or emails of their creations. The core assignment for the week flips the usual "yes" focus: participants are asked to identify a personal distraction or habit—such as excess sugar, coffee, social media, or staying in bed—and deliberately say "no" to it for seven days, thereby clearing the path for their larger, purpose‑driven "yes." The host guides listeners through a brief reflective exercise, invites them to report their progress, and points to additional inspirational content, including a comedian’s video from David Letterman and a recommendation to explore Brian Johnson’s Entheos Academy, with a forthcoming virtual session. The overall tone is encouraging, informal, and action‑oriented, aiming to foster self‑awareness, accountability, and community support.

7 Days of Yes. Happy new week, everyone. How are you doing? Can you hear the birds chirping behind me? Just take a listen for a second. That's a truck. That was a truck, not a bird. Of course, they're just— they're not working on cue with me here. But happy new week to you, everyone. 7 Days of Yes. How are you doing? It's starting to feel really, really springy around here. I mean, I know it's Florida. So it's kind of warm year-round, but now it's definitely got more of a spring feel in the air. Easter's right around the corner. How did last week go with your helmet stickers? All right, did you guys create something? Did you have a coffee cup? Did you have anything that when you stopped and paused and gave yourself credit for the week, you gave yourself a sticker to acknowledge and just give yourself some appreciation over making progress and growth? Again, it's so easy to beat ourselves up for when we screw up or when we do the wrong thing. Are we giving ourselves love and attention and appreciation when we do the right thing? So if you did anything with your helmet stickers— there's the birds, right? Right, there they go. Yeah. If you did anything, go ahead and send me a picture, write me an email, send me an example. I'd love to share it with the community. All right, your assignment this week I know it kind of flies in the face of yes, but actually it doesn't. All right, so this week it's all about your no. What do you need or want to say no to in your life right now? So obviously, living your yes is all about being the most authentic, living the most purpose as possible. So when you think about the things that sort of get in the way of us living our yes, you know, maybe it's You know, just kind of maybe some bad habits that we have, or I spend too much time on Facebook, or I spend too much time watching TV, or I can't get out of bed in the morning for exercise, yada yada yada yada. What are some of those things? So this week we're gonna do 7 Days of No. We're going to say no to some of the distractions, some of the things in our life that keep us from our bigger yes. So take some time this week, sit 5 or 10 minutes, do some quiet reflection. What is something that is kind of showing up as a big no to you, as getting in your way? And you're going to say no to it this week. So this week I'm not going to have any sugar, or this week I'm not going to have any coffee, or I'm not going to stay in bed past whatever. All right, you're going to force yourself to say no to something in favor of your bigger yes. Make sense? All right, go ahead and share what you did with me. That would be great. So that is That is your big 7 Days of Yes activity for the week. At the bottom of the blog, there's a great video from a comedian that was on David Letterman. I thought he was funny and with an inspiring message at the same time. Make sure you check that out. And our website of the week is Entheos Academy. That's Brian Johnson's website, entheos.com. And I'm excited about an opportunity to do a virtual session, a virtual conference for the academy with them in a few weeks. So check out entheos.com. That is your 7 Days of Yes for the week.
