In this vlog episode, the host reflects on a recent weekend spent in Jupiter, Florida, staying with friends Evan and Anne Griffith and connecting with their church community. Inspired by adventurer Dave Cornthwaite, who left corporate life to pursue 1,000‑mile non‑motorized journeys and lives by the mantra “say yes more,” the host emphasizes the theme of saying yes to life rather than seeking material comfort. He assigns viewers a weekly activity: create a list of things they want to say yes to, then act on one or two items. The host also highlights Zero Dean, sharing a link to his site and an Eckhart Tolle quote about saying yes, and expresses gratitude to the Griffiths for their hospitality. The video encourages viewers to share their own “yes” goals and to explore the inspirational resources mentioned.

7 days of yes. February 24th. Holy cow. We're less than a week away from March. How in the world does the calendar move so quick? Now granted, if I were up in the north of the Midwest, maybe things aren't going so quickly with all the snow that you guys have been getting. But down here in the south, and not that we've had paradise down here, but— It's been pretty good. Yeah, it's going to be in the 70s today and mostly sunny. So, I get it. I get it. But time just seems to be clicking by. All right. So, this week, 7 Days of Yes. So, this weekend was awesome. We got a chance, the family and I got a chance to go back over to Jupiter, to the Palm Beach area, hang out with friends in the alley. What's up to our peeps in the alley? Got to have some good alley time. And we stayed with our good friends, the Griffiths, at their house, which is always awesome to catch up with them. Here and being inspired by everything that they're doing as well as getting together with our church family over there. That was a lot of fun. So it was great, just a great sort of recharge weekend. Really enjoyed it. Always learning opportunities, good and bad. So this week, if you notice below down there, if you notice the video down below is again, it's the guy that is a big inspiration to me, Dave Cornthwaite. Who does all of these 1,000-mile adventures, non-motorized 1,000-mile adventures, and he raises money for charity. His whole mantra is say yes more. The theme for today, say yes more. Love that. He's got a video. Last week, I was so frustrated with the Cadillac commercial. This is what life is all about, is getting nicer stuff. Where Dave is kind of that— he's that other alternative. He left the corporate world where he wasn't fulfilled to just to say yes more, to say yes to life, to say yes to adventure. And the video today is such a great little video that sort of sums up his life, his journey, and everything that he is about. So your activity, your assignment for this week is to just make a list of things that you want to say yes more to. Make a list. Pound it out. Little things, big things and just look at that. If you just looked at that list, that's your activity for the week. Just look at the list, all the things that you want to say yes more to and then maybe for the rest of the week, maybe you start making some progress on a couple of these things, one or two, just sort of kind of knock them out. I know for me, I know I always sort of internally have this pulling Which is like, okay, what are you doing? What are you doing? What are you doing? And it doesn't always make me feel peaceful, but it keeps me from, I think, getting complacent and feeling a sense of striving for comfort. Striving for comfort instead of seeking inspiration. And not that inspiration can't be right here, but just wanting to not just seek material comfort. That's how I'm processing it right now. That's your activity for the week. If you look at the bottom, I posted a little JPEG from this awesome guy I just came across on the internet. His name is Zero Dean. I'll post a link to his site, zerodean.com. I think he's going to do an interview for 30 Days of Yes, so working on that, but just a super inspiring guy. You got Dave Cornthwaite. You got Zero Dean, super inspiring guys and sort of how he has dedicated his life to inspiration. He's got this awesome JPEG of an Eckhart Tolle quote at the bottom which happens to be a yes quote. So thank you, Zero, for that. So have an awesome week everyone. Say yes more. Make that yes list. Start working on some of the yes ideas and just check out all the inspiration. Share your comments below. We'd love to know what some of your things that you want to say yes to and how you're doing. Check out Zero Dean. Check out the Dave Cornthwaite video. Thanks, Dave. And check out my man Evan Griffith, The World Is Freaky Beautiful. He and his wife Anne put us up this weekend, so much love to them as well. Have a wonderful, wonderful Yes Week, everyone. We'll see you soon.
