In this solo vlog, the speaker opens with a brief weather update before introducing the story of a farmer and his son, a favorite parable that illustrates the uncertainty of labeling experiences as good or bad. He repeatedly emphasizes the mantra “Good or bad, who knows?” as a reminder to question our judgments and reclaim personal power over how we label events. The speaker encourages viewers to notice and challenge their own judgments throughout the week as a practical assignment, inviting comments and sharing. He also promotes the upcoming “Yes 101” series beginning in February, urging the audience to spread the word and engage with the community.

7 Days of Yes. How is everyone doing? We are well into February, the second week of February. Crazy. Now, don't be fooled. I am sitting here, there's a glare coming into my face, right? We have not had nice weather down here either. Trinity had a soccer tournament this weekend. It was crazy. It was 50s and rainy the whole day. It felt like we were in the Midwest or the Northeast, even though we're not. But then today, The sun breaks through, 70, 72, and sunny. Top 10 day. Beautiful, beautiful day. So this week, all right, if you are reading down the blog post today, you are reading the story of the farmer and his son, one of my all-time favorite parables. I think about it all the time. Good or bad, who knows? Good or bad, who knows? Think about all the things in your life that causes so much anxiety for you. I had one today. You know, running late for a game. These things happen all the time and I'm constantly, constantly reminding myself and asking myself, good or bad, who knows? There's so much power in that. There's so much power when we take back our power by realizing that everything that we give judgment to is our choice. It's our own judgment that we give choice to. So what are we giving? What are the judgments that we're labeling On everything. Alright? Good or bad, who knows? Can we challenge that? At the end of the day, we're the one who gets to choose and decide. So your assignment this week is just to pay attention to that. Maybe challenge some of your judgments and just see what happens. Good or bad, who knows? Look at the glare. Alright. Better back here. My head looks tiny. Alright. So that's it for today. Please share your comments, share your feedback, share this blog with people, you know what I'm saying? Yeah. Good or bad, who knows? Have a wonderful week everyone. Lots of good stuff out there. That's about it. Another Yes 101 beginning in February, so feel free to spread the word, share the love, and have a great week everyone. Can't wait to hear from you. 7 Days of Yes. Have a great week.
