In this short motivational video, the speaker greets viewers with a “Moment of Yes” for Monday, April 11. He apologizes for a prior technical issue, then shares three personal updates: (1) an upcoming trip to Orlando to meet the Limitless Minds team, expressing excitement and sending a shout‑out to Matt Miller; (2) a recent weekend live show he co‑hosted with Jesse, thanking Frank for his production help; and (3) an ongoing lower‑back pain issue that began after lifting equipment in Mexico, describing how the mornings are especially painful. He introduces Iyanla Vanzant’s PAIN acronym—Pay Attention Inward Now—as a framework for dealing with the discomfort, reflecting on internal stress, and encouraging the audience to notice any personal “pain” and apply the same inward attention. The video ends with a positive sign‑off, wishing viewers an awesome Monday and promising a return on Wednesday.

Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes for Monday, April 11th. Apologize for the little snafu on Friday. Hopefully, you got the video on Saturday. And so, here we go. New week, new mindset, new energy. Heading up to Orlando for a few days to meet with the Limitless Minds team. Excited to be up there. Matt Miller, missing you. Missing you, my man. And grateful for the weekend. Jesse and I got a chance to do a show Saturday night. Had a lot of fun doing that. And shout out to Frank for all his help with putting the show together. So, we had a blast. So, I've been waking up ever since— so, I think I told everyone in Mexico, I tweaked my lower back, just kind of, you know, lifting equipment and moving stuff around. And, we're 2 and a half weeks past that now. And man, when I wake up in the morning, it is brutal. It is brutal. And then, a couple hours into the day, I'm kind of normal and fine and can, you know, Relatively feel it, but I'm comfortable. Mornings are brutal. And so, just noticing that pain, right? Dealing with that pain every morning. And this morning, as I was painfully walking with Hollister and Mako, I was reminded of the Iyanla Vanzant quote or expression that she uses with pain, the acronym she uses with pain. She goes, when you're in pain, P-A-I-N stands for pay attention Inward now. Pay attention inward now. When you are feeling pain, pay attention inward now. What's going on in here? And I was like, okay, I don't think I've got a lot going on in here, but I do have a lot going on in here. Do I feel excessive, like, stress or anxiety? Not so much, but there's a lot going on from trying to figure out, you know, what's, you know, the next few months to a lot of coordination and logistics. And so So yeah, there's probably a little bit of like strained thought, right? Pulled thought. So I'm paying attention to that today. And what can I do to release, right? To release some of that tension, release some of that pressure. And by releasing it, we loosen, we relax, where there's more fluidity and, um, uh, less strain. Right? So I'm paying attention inward now today. So that's what I'm going to do. For you, where are you feeling a sense of pain? Is there any pain in your life? Is that an invitation to pay attention inward now? That's what I'm going to do. And that's your moment of yes for today. Have an awesome Monday, everybody. I'll see you on Wednesday.
