In this brief motivational video recorded in New York City, the speaker shares a "Moment of Yes" inspired by recent work with Tonal coaches. The central theme is "enoughness" – the idea that, despite the pervasive Kaizen mindset of constant self‑improvement and external markers of success, each person is already sufficient just as they are. Drawing on the coaches' personal experiences of feeling inadequate, the speaker encourages listeners to lean into this acceptance, balancing ongoing growth with the recognition that who they are right now is enough. The message concludes with an uplifting call to embrace one's current self and have an awesome day.

Hey, good morning everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for, was it the 20th? 4/20? Yeah, 4/20 folks. Moment of Yes. I'm over, yes, in New York City for the last day and then we head back to Florida tonight. But I just finished working with the Tonal coaches here, the new group that's gonna be broadcasting from New York City. Really excited about that. And one of the themes that kept coming up over and over again with all the coaches of why they do what they do, why do they coach, And with each of them, there is this overlapping theme of being enough, of enoughness. And each of them having dealt with at one point in their life, even if still, of never feeling like they were personally enough and wanting to coach people in a way that helped them get better and get stronger and more fit, but also that reinforced the idea that you are already enough. And I love that idea. And today I wanted to share that with you guys. guys today because in our pursuit of constant self-improvement— yeah, it's loud here— in our pursuit of constant self-improvement, there's this idea that we won't be enough until we finally achieve a certain level of status, achieve a certain financial mark. And the reality is that we are already and always enough. Yeah, kaizen. We're always in this mindset of constant improvement, but what you have right now, today, who you are is already enough. Enough. And so can we lean into that a little bit and embrace your enoughness? All right, that's your moment of yes for today, everybody. Have an awesome day.
