Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for Monday, August 22nd. It's clearly not the morning. It's actually the golden hour here in St. Louis on Sunday night. So I figured I would film it on Sunday night and get it out to you actually on time on Monday morning for once. Look at the view real quick. This is— that's actually St. Louis skyline in the distance, right? The Arch is in there. You can't see it actually. Look, there's Hollister and Mako right there. Yeah. All right. Yeah. So your moment of Yes. For today is, uh, today was a good example of just having to reset, reboot. Um, it was the 3rd Sunday in a row that I've been moving, right? We moved in 2 weeks ago, um, the most of our stuff. Last Sunday helped a friend move a bunch of stuff, including stuff he was giving us, so that was nice. But it was like, uh, a long strenuous day of moving. And then today was getting Trinity's stuff that was kind of spread out and getting her moved into her college dorm room, which was a zoo. It was a zoo and it's in the city. And so, there's just a lot of frustrating components to it. And so, I noticed myself getting frustrated and just kind of being like, yeah, crabby and also just like tired, right? So, no, a few different opportunities during that process to just stop Breathe, process, and just kind of be like, hey, just like, this is what it is, right? Neutral, right? Yes, and this is what it is, and just like do what needs to be done. And so even though Trinity still called me out as not being positive enough, because that's what she does, I thought I did a good job of, of kind of like moving into like acceptance and then, um, trying to like, uh, give her and Hollister extra time to set up the room and going out and getting lunch and giving. So, um, It ended up going really well, right? Hi, Hollister. So it ended up with everyone in a good mood. But so just a good opportunity again, being that this is Monday morning when you're watching this, to— let's take that reboot. Let's take that reset whenever we need it today and for the rest of the week. That's your Moment of Yes for today, everybody. Have an awesome Monday.
