Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes for Monday, August 28th. Back on schedule with the Monday. We'll see if I nail the Wednesday and Friday as well. But here in Trenton, New Jersey today, going into Johnson& Johnson to do a workshop this afternoon. The focus of the workshop is the 3 C's of neutral thinking. I just made it up. Sounds good though, right? What are those 3 C's that I'm focusing on today? Because we're really diving into team dynamics and psychological safety. The 3 C's we're focusing on today are curiosity, connection, and courage, right? The connection piece is really collaboration, but curiosity, collaboration, and courage, right? And so as I do this, it's a 3-hour workshop this afternoon. Every activity, every idea that we do, it's going to connect to one of those ideas. Is this an opportunity to be curious? Is this an opportunity to Collaborate, or is this an opportunity to be courageous? And so as I kind of started looking and putting this together, I was like, oh wow, as you go throughout your day, we're being confronted numerous times throughout the day to be one of those 3 things, right? Do I need to be curious about the information or the situation that I'm being confronted with? Do I need to collaborate with it? Or do I need to be courageous in this moment and make a decision or step up or move into my comfort zone, right? So as you go through the day today, ask yourself as you're confronted with different things, is this asking me to be curious? Is this asking me to collaborate? Or is this an opportunity to be courageous? Yeah, be curious to hear what shows up. So that's your moment of yes for today. I'm not sure if the headphones just worked. They just binged on me, but we'll see. Have a great day, everybody.
