Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for Wednesday, December— what is it? December 25th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd, 22nd, right there. Yes. In the immortal words of Chuck D from Public Enemy, I shut it down, shut it down, shut it, shut it down. Yes. As we get into the next few days where we're ready to kind of shut it down, We're also a couple of days away from probably shutting things down. And if you're like me, probably yesterday, today, tomorrow, we're super feeling super busy as far as things that need to get done. And just being out on the road this early, I know that there's a ton of other people out here getting things done as well, which can lift stress, can lift anxiety. And so again, I think more than anything, Giving ourselves a reminder and permission over these next couple of days to give ourselves a little extra self-care from the standpoint of breathing, of taking reboots, of doing what we can just to— when we notice the amount of stuff that's on our plate, be it personal life, family, or work, just allowing ourselves to breathe through that. Not to ignore it but to go at it, to run at that storm, to yes and it, to go at it, accept it but move through it, but move through it with grace, move through it with peace, move through it with compassion and to, in the spirit of the Gentle Art of Blessing, to include everyone around you in the love and the peace and the compassion that you're feeling for yourself. Just extend that tent, extend that cloud, extend that, you know, shield to everyone around you, everyone you come into contact with today. Every teller, every cashier, every store, every parking lot attendant, every person on the road. Parking lot attendant, who's that? Okay, weird. Anyways, extend that. Expect to go into frantic spaces and have it be peaceful experiences, right? So, that's my challenge for you today. That is your Moment of yes opportunity for day. Go do that. You be the peace in the world. You bring it with you. Don't wait for others to bring it to you. You bring it to the world. Have an awesome day, everybody. Take care. Bye.
