In this brief motivational segment, the speaker greets listeners on December 23rd, acknowledging the busy holiday season and the blend of work and family obligations. He encourages the audience to consider a "word of the year" for 2025, promising to share his own later. The core advice centers on maintaining awareness amid holiday chaos: pause, achieve a neutral mental state, and deliberately choose the next response. By repeatedly applying this pause‑and‑choose strategy, listeners can let go of unnecessary frustrations, refocus, and navigate the holiday period with greater control and positivity.

Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for Monday, December 23rd. Look, we got horns. Yeah, here we go. It is Christmas week, a big holiday week, big holiday couple of weeks winding down the end of the year, hopefully shutting down a lot of your work, being able to have some some family time, some rest time, some reflection time, reboost time, recharge time, a lot of re re re. And so here. Here we go. Um, have you been thinking about what your word of the year of 2025 might be? I think I have mine now. I'm pretty, pretty confident, uh, that it's there. Uh, I'll share that, you know, probably on January 1st. I would love to hear what your word for the year is going to be as well once we get there. Uh, and my reminder for you today, as, um, as we're kind of getting into the heart of it, whether you're doing a lot of travel, um, just finished a long week of that. Yeah. And family time, just being, you know, there's a certain amount of, you know, chaoticness to it, even when you're kind of in vacation mode. So even though we're sort of on a vacation, I'm still working and there's just, you know, you're just trying to meet all the needs and the demands and still noticing frustrations and things like that. And so just paying attention, right? Continuing to pay attention to how you're feeling and then, right, being able to get that pause, get clear, get neutral, and then choose how you can respond in the next moment, right? What can you let go of? What can you let go of? Get refocused, and then how do you want to respond in the next moment, right? Take control, choose your next response, right? And keep doing it over and over and over again. Yes, and, yes, and, yes, and. That is your moment of yes for today. Hope you guys are having an awesome holiday.
