In this brief, conversational video, the speaker delivers a "moment of yes" for Tuesday, December 2, 2025. He reminds viewers to revisit the intention they set at the start of the year—his personal word for 2025 was "evolve"—and to consider how that intention has manifested. He shares an anecdote about the founder of judo requesting to be buried in a white belt, using it as a metaphor for maintaining humility, curiosity, and openness to learning regardless of expertise or age. The speaker urges the audience to adopt this "white belt" mentality throughout the holiday season, staying kind, curious, and seeking wisdom. The message concludes with an upbeat wish for a great week.

Hey everybody, your moment of yes for Tuesday, December 2nd. Didn't get a chance to get to it yesterday. Was driving from St. Louis to Florida straight through, and then yesterday was kind of a busy day. It's like today's a busy day. That's why I'm finally getting to it here Tuesday afternoon. Your moment of yes for today, this week, it's December 2nd, right? Last month, of 2025. Think back to the beginning of the month, the beginning of the year, setting an intention for yourself, whether it was that word. This is a way to, again, reconnect with that as we head into the last month. My word for the year was evolve. I'll think about how that has shown up for me this year, but I can bring that into the rest of the month. As I was driving down, I was thinking about this great analogy, the idea I read about The creator of judo. And when he was buried, he asked— obviously before he died, he asked his students, when I die, please bury me in my white belt. Because the idea was, even though he was an expert, he was the expert in a martial arts that he created, he wanted to go into the afterlife, or he wanted to be remembered for being open-minded. and being humble and that white belt mentality, if you will, which is where you've never arrived. You've never— you're never too good or too old or too wise to learn, be curious, be humble. And so I love that idea of wearing that white belt. No matter what room you step into, can you have your white belt on? No matter how much of an expert you are, can you have that white belt on? And so, As we move into this week, this month, the holidays, let's keep our white belt on. Let's be curious. Let's be kind. Let's seek wisdom. And yeah, see what shows up. So that's your moment of yes for today. Have an awesome rest of the week, everyone.
