In this brief motivational video, the speaker delivers his daily "Moment of Yes" from Tampa on February 11th. He shares a recent discovery—a podcast called The Telepathy Tapes—and explains how the show’s focus on the vastness of consciousness reminded him of the importance of clearing ego chatter. He describes a personal practice of pausing, surrendering, releasing mental clutter, and trusting inner guidance to achieve clarity, purpose, and peace. The monologue emphasizes that each individual may access this quiet clarity differently, and ends with a reflective question inviting listeners to consider how they tap into inner peace.

Good morning, everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, February— is it 11th? I think so. February 11th, in Tampa for the day. Early Monday morning was a travel morning, like a 5 o'clock flight, so I didn't get to the session Monday. And then Tuesday was a busy, busy session day. And today I'm like, all right, we should probably get to that Moment of Yes. So here we are. So a friend of mine, and actually a couple of people in the last like month or so, have recommended a podcast called The Telepathy Tapes. Tongue twister. The Telepathy Tapes. And so I've listened to probably the first 9 episodes so far, and what it has reminded me— not that it needed to— but what it has reminded me to is just the The bigness. The bigness and the vastness of the unknown, the limitlessness of consciousness and life. And it, more than anything, has me just continuing to try to just clear and surrender. When I say clear, just kind of just get my own Stuff out of the way, to get my own— there's consciousness, and there's ego chatter. And so quieting the ego chatter allows, I think, me, I think all of us, to tap into a sense of clarity, whether that's purpose, whether that's divine, or whether it's just a clear sense of what's most important to us. But it is that grounding, that clearing, clearing of the ego chatter. And so what I've appreciated more than anything is just the reminder from this podcast and just thoroughly entertained by it and inspired by it. And it just keeps reminding me to just continue to stop, pause, surrender, release, clear, and just trust. Trust and listen. And so what that looks like for you, I don't know. It's going to be different for each of us, but there is a clarity and a peace in the silence, in the clearing, and I think we're all craving that right now. So what are you doing to tap into that peace? That's your moment of yes for today. Have an awesome day, everybody.
