In this brief motivational YouTube short, the speaker greets the audience and reflects on a recent collaboration session in Nashville for a Limitless Minds client’s upcoming national sales event. He describes how the team co‑created content, emphasizing the novel experience of jointly presenting material across three simultaneous sessions. The core message is a "sometimes you, sometimes me, always us" philosophy: a team‑first mindset that encourages individuals to set aside ego and personal agenda, focus on collective outcomes, and apply the same principle to personal relationships. He closes by urging viewers to carry this mindset into the weekend with family and friends, wishing them an awesome weekend.

Good morning, everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes. Friday, February 28th. How has your week been, everyone? Yeah, I think I started the week off— was it in, in the car? In a parking lot, cold. Ending the week in a parking lot, cold. Yeah, with Nashville in between, just as cold. Yeah, here we go. Sometimes you, sometimes me, all Always us. So, went to Nashville yesterday for a collaboration session to do some content creation for one of our Limitless Minds clients. So, a few of us from Limitless Minds, a few from the client. And this was a great opportunity, kind of the first time we've ever done this, to co-create content together for their national sales event coming up in a few weeks. Because usually, like, hey, we have our stuff and like, well, internally we've got our stuff. This is what we're doing. It's like, hey, like, let's create something together that we can co-present in 3 different sessions all simultaneously based on kind of a framework internal to them. All of that to say, right, you know, you come to the table to create people with, you know, different experience, different backgrounds, different motivations. And this idea, right, that, that we share is when you approach things from the standpoint of, hey, sometimes it's going to be you, sometimes it's going to be me, but it's always us. And from a team standpoint, how sometimes it's not about you, it's your teammate, and sometimes it's about you, it's not about your teammate. But what do we all have in common? It's all about us and everything that we do, we're pulling in the same direction. And the end result is that it's going to be kind of we first instead of me first, team first mentality, which again forces you to put your ego aside a little bit, and it forces you to put your agenda aside. And you're not necessarily driving things, but it's about the end result. Are we all satisfied and happy and feel a part of that end result? So, we can bring that to our relationships too. Right? Sometimes, you know, it's not about you. I mean, it's always about me, but something— yeah, I'm joking, right? So it's not about you. So with that, with your families, right? It's sometimes you, sometimes me, always us. So as you move into the weekend, think about that as you connect with the people that you love, do stuff with the people that you love. Hey, sometimes you, sometimes me, always us. That's your moment of yes for today. Have an awesome weekend, everyone. Bye.
